ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan was arrested by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from the Islamabad High Court (IHC) premises.

Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Aamer Farooq summoned Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad within 15 minutes.
IG Islamabad gave the reasons for the arrest of PTI Chairman Imran Khan. He said that the former prime minister has been arrested in the Al Qadir Trust case.
Islamabad High Court (IHC) Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar on Monday sought a reply from Inspector General of Police (IGP) Islamabad within 15 minutes.
Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman and former prime minister Imran Khan has been arrested in the Al-Qadir Trust case, IG Islamabad said in a statement.
He further said that the situation in Islamabad is normal, Section 144 is in force in the city, action will be taken in case of violation.
