According to the CDA officials, the transfer deeds will be issued to the successful bidders of the auctioned plots, allowing them to take ownership of the properties. The plots were auctioned in various sectors of the city, including G-13, F-13, and D-12.
“The CDA has approved the issuance of transfer deeds for the plots that were auctioned last month, and we will begin the process of transferring ownership to the successful bidders,” a senior official from the CDA stated in the press release.
